Terms of Service

1. Service Description

BuildIn10 provides a fixed-scope, fixed-price prototype development service. The core offering is a 10-day prototype sprint for €8,999, delivering a working prototype with agreed-upon core features.

2. Scope and Deliverables

The scope is locked on Day 1 of the engagement. No changes to scope are permitted after Day 1. Deliverables include:

• Working prototype deployed to staging environment
• GitHub repository with source code
• Basic documentation and architecture overview
• Product roadmap for post-delivery development

3. Payment Terms

Payment options: (a) 100% upfront before Day 0, or (b) 50% upfront and 50% on Day 5, subject to availability. Add-on services are invoiced separately.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all code and deliverables become the sole property of the client. BuildIn10 retains no rights to the developed code or intellectual property.

5. Limitation of Liability

The prototype is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BuildIn10's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. The client is responsible for all production deployment, security hardening, and ongoing maintenance.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations more than 5 business days before the start date may be rescheduled once at no charge. Later cancellations forfeit the upfront payment.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of all client information and will sign mutual NDAs upon request. We do not share client details or project specifics without explicit permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BuildIn10 operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
